2. registration and offer
Smolio distinguishes between basic functions, premium functions and additional services (also known as “premium services”). The basic functions are free of charge and can be used by registering on Smolio. Premium functions and additional services are subject to a charge. The range of chargeable functions and services will be developed step by step.
You can process payments for premium services via credit card. For this purpose, we have integrated the functions of the provider Stripe, Inc, 10 Townsend Street San Francisco, CA 94103, USA into our ordering process. The collection and processing of personal data of persons resident in the EEA and Switzerland is carried out by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (Stipe Inc and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd collectively hereinafter: “Stripe”). When paying by credit card, the Stripe terms of use apply, which can be viewed at https://stripe.com/de/legal. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place an order in our digital offering.
